Main missions

You will be involved in all stages of the sales cycle, from developing the client portfolio (prospecting) to post-sale customer loyalty and retention of the product or solution.




Activities and tasks

Prospect by searching for new clients using best practices and prospecting tools.
Investigate client needs by asking the right questions to identify, analyze, and formalize customer needs.
Build an offer that matches the client's real needs using marketing tools.
Present DIGISELL's offer: supporting an offer to a client is a full exercise that you will also be trained in at DIGISELL.
Negotiate the price of the offer, but especially the commercial conditions (warranty, training, additional services...).
Build customer loyalty by also intervening after the sale of the product to monitor its installation and ensure that the customer is satisfied.



Profile :

Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
Perfect knowledge of the products and services that DIGISELL offers its customers and the ability to defend them in any situation.
Patience and perseverance.


Positioning in the organization

You will be directly attached to your hierarchical supervisor and production manager.

Means and prerogatives

You will be required to use various communication tools such as telephony, emailing, CRM, etc.
