Presenting the DIGISELL offer to a customer is a full-fledged exercise for which you will also be trained at DIGISELL.
Negotiating the price of the offer, but especially the commercial conditions such as warranty, training, additional services, etc.
Customer retention involves intervening after the sale of the product to monitor its installation and verify that the customer is satisfied.
