Main missions

You will be involved in all stages of the sales cycle, from developing the customer portfolio (prospecting) to customer retention after the sale of the product or solution.



Activities and tasks

Prospecting involves searching for new customers using best practices and prospecting tools.
Investigating customer needs involves asking the right questions to identify, analyze, and formalize the customer's needs.
Building an offer that corresponds to the real needs of the customer involves using marketing tools.
Presenting the DIGISELL offer to a customer is a full-fledged exercise for which you will also be trained at DIGISELL.
Negotiating the price of the offer, but especially the commercial conditions such as warranty, training, additional services, etc.
Customer retention involves intervening after the sale of the product to monitor its installation and verify that the customer is satisfied.


Profile :

Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
Perfect knowledge of the products and services that DIGISELL offers to its clients and the ability to defend them in any situation.
Patience and perseverance.


Positioning in the organization

You will be directly attached to your hierarchical supervisor and production manager.

Means and prerogatives

You will be required to use various communication tools such as telephony, emailing, CRM, etc.
