Properly explaining the mechanism of the service offered by Digisell.
Assisting prospects in replicating the necessary steps to finalize the sale.
Taking leave while respecting the commercial policy defined by the company Digisell.


Profile :

Experienced in the field of call centers.
Active listening skills.
Persuasive ability.
Telephone skills and good speech delivery.


Positioning in the organization

You will be directly attached to your hierarchical superior, the supervisor.

Means and prerogatives

You will be required to use various communication tools such as telephone, email, CRM, etc.

Internal relations

Attached to the Quality Control Cell, Team Leader, and Supervisor.
