Main missions

Your main mission is to generate the number of leads set by your direct superior, Team leader and validated by the quality unit;

Your leads will then have to be transformed into a sale by the confirmation cell;

Your objectives in terms of turnover (daily, weekly, monthly) will be communicated by your Team Leader.




Activities and tasks

Chain calls at a steady pace;
Verify prospects' eligibility by following specific conversation-driving scripts;
Identify or create their needs;
Direct prospects to our products/services.
Save all leads generated on the corresponding tool.

Chain calls at a steady pace;
Telephone fluency, good elocution

Positioning in the organization

You will report directly to your line manager, Team Leader.
